Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl

Updated: Nov 12, 2021

If you know me, you know I am obsessed with smoothie bowls. And this blueberry almond butter smoothie bowl is my absolute favorite! I love eating one after I work out in the morning because it is light and keeps me feeling full and energized throughout the day! My favorite part is decorating the bowls to look beautiful with healthy, delicious toppings!

Ingredients (1 Serving):

2 cups of frozen blueberries

1 tbsp of powdered almond butter (or regular almond butter)

2 tbsp of cocoa powder

2 tbsp of ground flax seeds

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1/2 cup of non-dairy milk (I love almond or oat)

(optional: 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder and/or 1 serving of collagen peptides)

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender on low until smooth and put in a bowl (make sure to scrape down the sides).

2. Decorate with all your favorite toppings (I like to use Nature's Path Maple Almond Grain Free Granola or the Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Almond Butter Grain Free Granola, shredded coconut, fresh ground almond butter, and sometimes cacao nibs)!

3. Enjoy!
