Ingredients (Serves 6-8):
4 ripe avocados
1 cup of dark cocoa or cacao powder
2 tbsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of non-dairy milk (I like oat or almond)
1/4 cup of coconut sugar
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2. Let chill in fridge for 30 minutes or freezer for 5 minutes for a firmer texture.
3. Divide evenly and add desired toppings (I love fruits, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, or crushed nuts).
4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
