SO excited about this collab with Bailey! She is honestly so sweet and inspirational and she produces AMAZING content! For this collab, we though it would be fun to recreate our favorite cake flavors in the form of baked oats! I created funfetti and Bailey created carrot cake. 1/2 cup of quick oats
1/2 cup of non-dairy milk (I used coconut)
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of sprinkles (I used Supernatural Rainbow Starfetti Sprinkles)
2 tbsp of powdered sugar (I used Lakanto Monkfruit Powdered Sweetner)
1/2 - 1 tbsp of non-dairy milk (add a little bit at a time until desired consistency is reached)
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Transfer to a greased oven safe bowl.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
5. Top with glaze and more sprinkles and enjoy!
