Ingredients (yields 22):
1 jar of Kween + Co Granola Butter
1 cup of coconut sugar
1/3 cup of non-dairy milk (I used coconut)
1 1/4 cup of oat flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. In one bowl, combine dry ingredients.
3. In another, larger bowl, combine wet ingredients.
4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet, adding half the mix at a time.
5. Roll dough into balls, place on a parchment lined baking sheet, and flatten.
6. Bake for 10 minutes.
7. Let cool and enjoy!
