Ingredients (Serves 8):
6 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, each cut into 4 slices
3/4 cup of flour (I used One Mighty Mill's Organic Whole Wheat Bread Flour)
2 bags of One Mighty Mill's Honey Mustard Pretzels, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp of water
1. Preheat oven to 400° F and grease a baking sheet.
2. Place pretzels in one bowl, whisk together eggs and water in a second bowl, and in a third bowl add flour.
3. Toss chicken strips in the flour until coated, then put in the egg mixture making sure to coat all sides. Finally, roll chicken in the crushed pretzels and place on baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until browned. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (I like Primal Kitchen's Organic Ketchup) and enjoy!
