Maple Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts


2 lbs of brussel sprouts

2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

1 tsp of pure maple syrup

salt and pepper to taste


1. Pre heat oven or air fryer to 400 F.

2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup.

3. Clean the brussel sprouts, trim the stem and cut in half. Add to a large bag with the sauce and shake until well coated.

4. Evenly place on a baking sheet or in the air fryer, add desired amount of salt and pepper, and bake for 20-30 minutes and toss half way through.

5. Enjoy!
