Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients (Makes 1 Serving):

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup of quick oats

2 tbsp of nut butter (I use almond)

1 tbsp of honey

non-dairy milk

dash of cinnamon

chocolate chips (optional)


1. Mix all dry ingredients until well combined.

2. Add in nut butter and honey and mix.

3. Mix in 1 tbsp of milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

4. Mix in chopped nuts and chocolate chips.

5. Enjoy!
