Roasted Buffalo Chickpeas

I love spicy food, and buffalo sauce is no exception! These roasted buffalo chickpeas pack all the heat and are perfect to use as a topping for salads or soups or even just to snack on!


Ingredients:

2 15oz cans of garbanzo beans

3 tbsp of hot sauce or buffalo sauce (I used The New Primal Medium Buffalo)

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of paprika

1/4 - 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (depending how spicy you like it)


Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Pour chickpeas into a strainer and rinse with water.

3. Place chickpeas in a medium bowl with the other ingredients and toss until they are well coated.

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread chickpeas in a single layer.

5. Bake for 40 minutes or until crisp, stir halfway through.

6. Let cool and enjoy!

*Store in air-tight container
