16 oz bag of french green beans
12 oz container of cherry tomatoes (I prefer heirloom)
2-4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
*If meal prepping, double recipe.
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Put green beans, cherry tomatoes, and olive oil in a large ziplock bag and shake until vegetables are well coated.
3. Transfer to a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, mixing halfway.
