3 heaping cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
3 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1. Put strawberries in a medium saucepan, combine with honey and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Using a masher, crush the strawberries to your desired texture.
3. Once mashed, stir in chia seeds and remove from heat.
4. Allow jam to cool in saucepan for 20 minutes. Store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge. Enjoy!
