Vegan Pesto
Ingredients:
2 cups of spinach
1 cup of fresh basil
1 1/2 cups of hemp seeds
4 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
Steps:
1. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend on high until well combined.
2. Mix with 1 box of cooked pasta (I like Banza, Trader Joe's Brown Rice & Quinoa Spaghetti and Trader Joe's Yellow Lentil & Brown Rice Spaghetti).
